This was their farewell show
Until they realized its no fun getting high alone in your tighty- whities eating cold children's cereal on the couch watching Gilligan's Island reruns. Had to get the band back together, thank god they did. This run was awesome, and from it came a rebirth of some fantastic and inspired music, totally on the next level, 1975 one from the vault.

does anyone know where I can find a copy of this whole show?
I know that some parts of this show are released for sale in the greatful dead movie soundtrack or so ive heard but i had an old tape of this show, and it has recently stopped playing... this is by far my favorite show. Can anyone point me in a direction of a complete set or show from this date? Thanks
Gratefully dead

this is such a good setlist but the recording leaves me baffled. the instruments are clear but Jerry and Bobby are hardly audible. what a shame.

Better than the other one
Both shows are great, but I think this one is better. All the instruments come through nice and clear. Some nice drumming by Billy, some songs speeded up a bit and some slowed way down. Phil and Ned between sets is nice to listen to about once. Something different. Clap along with the audience and get this one.

be there NOW!
there´s no doubt the other sbd here on archives ist much cleaner but i´m so glad somebody uploaded this source (my first tape a long time ago) - and here´s why: because this one take´s you THERE, you are at WINTERLAND with all your brother freaks whooping it up - thank you so much for this version of an outstanding show.

Very live!
Sounds like a SBD/aud matrix - very live. Beats a dry soundboard in my book.
